FM2 cockpit view is missing stick

So is the F4F.  It's because their shapes are from the original Aces High game, way back when.  There's about a dozen planes that need to be brought up to AH3 standards:

- A-20G/Boston III
- Ju 88
- F4F/FM2
- SBD
- D3A
- B5N
- Ar 234
- Me 164
- Ki.67
- Tempest

Good news is HTC is steadily chipping away at these, and when they get updated they look fantastic.  Waffle does a great job on the models and Greebo's default skins are fantastic.   2K resolution on skins for the new planes too, so the skins have finer details.
