Title: Bf 110 skin viewer bugs

I've decided to make a couple of templates for Bf 110 skins and have noticed some bugs for both shapes in the skin viewer. I haven't checked to see whether any of these carry over into the game.

Both 110s:

The props and spinners vanish when "Running" is selected.

Only the RH gear doors animate on both nacelles.

Bf 110C:

The ETC500 bomb rack is shown fitted to the plane but cannot be removed. It should be a pylon option.

Bf 110G:

A skin rather than shape bug. The upper part of the nacelles internal gear bay is light blue and not grey as it should be. The grey coloured art for this area has not been painted onto the lower surface of the wing like it has on the 110C art.

The prop spinner bug is also in game. You cannot see the spinners on other player's planes.

In patch 22 when "stopped" is selected in the viewer the RH prop shows both the stationary and running propeller effects at the same time.

Also there is what appears to be a separate "blurred" spinner texture on the bmp for when the engines are running but the viewer is not using it.

Had to get rid the blurred spinner part. It looked good on your plane, but was the reason that the spinners weren't appearing on others planes.
