Title: Mic DB Boost not selectable

Mic DB boost is "greyed" out and unselectable.  Is this normal?

You have to turn your mic volume all the way up in game before you can adjust the mic boost. I think its the slider just above mic boost.

That particular setting comes from Windows.  Whatever state it is in is set by Windows.  We just make it look like the game.
