Title: Updates to "far" cons stuttering.

Cons which have a little bit of distance (near the tag limit) from you update unreliably (looks like they are appearing in and out).

The farther away things are, the less often positional data is updated. Maybe that is what you're seeing? It could also be lost data packets, depending on your Internet connection and CPU load.
