Any comments on this 1993 French film ? Supposedly the best WWI flying scenes with real rotary engine planes. Available on Netflix.

Are you in the US?  I don't have it on Netflix or Amazon Video.

If it's the same one Im thinking about, it was worth my time because of the character development of the 'hero'. It ain't no Holywood Flyboys.

The Instinct of the angel, or the instinct of the eagle in French if Im not mistaken.
