Title: Window Tiling

Hey Gang,

Did anyone notice a change with the most recent updates in terms of the window tiling / priority?

In particular I have a 3 monitor setup and my clipboard is over on the right hand monitor. When I have the clipboard up and bring up the text box my players list window (also on the right hand monitor) is now in behind the clipboard instead of in front where it was previously?

I think this changed in Patch 24 it seems.

Can this be changed back or did anyone else notice this problem? Maybe just my 3 monitor setup?

Not really a bug. The clipboard is now drawn to always be on top. Why not just move the radio players list?

I am not a fan of the change. It seems counterintuitive. If it was done for vr might I suggest tying it to the vr globe display option? It just seems off on a monitor display.
