Title: Account Deleted

I have just re installed the game as one of the patches would not install.

Unfortunately the game is saying my account has been deleted.

Should I now create a new one and can I be sure no more money will be collected under the old one.

I fully accept there will be challenges as I am still using Windows Vista and accept the inconvenience. I would like to know how to proceed ?

If you are certain your account is deleted, which usually means you deleted it, then create a new one.

In cases like this, we find most people have forgotten what the login ID is and are trying to use the game ID to login with.

That said, if you create a new account, and are not sure you have another active account, the contact billing@hitechcreations.com or call 817-431-8840 and Carrie will be happy to get it all ironed out.

Which patch failed and on what file?  If that happens, all you have to do is to download the full install and instal over the top of your old installation.  You will not lose any settings that way.
