All,

There has been a change in the CIC assignments for frame 3 on the Axis side.

9GIAP will take the CIC position for this frame.

Please make note.

Did Dantoo ever confirm this change? If this was the only notification that 9Giap was given CiC after the fact, then I doubt anyone saw it.
