Title: FPS drop when zooming in.

There is a significant drop in fps when you toggle zoom and lower the FOV (zoom in).

Does it feel like all the movement stopped for a split second? If so, I've been suffering from that since I can't remember, probably from the Alpha. I thought it was my video card as it's already a bit older, a Radeon HD6970.
