Title: Issue with account management

Hi

I tried to subscribe today by clicking on account management.

I get the message that my program for online play is not up to date and was prompted to download / install the new files.

Everything appeared to go smoothly.   When I return to the loading screen and click account administration, I get the same message regarding the program being out of date to play online.  I repeated the process, downloaded, it installed and I get the same message.

I would appreciate any advice you can give regarding flying through this wall.

Current Version: Version 3.0 Patch 26

Check your patch number in the upper left corner at startup.  The game will continue to prompt for updates until you reach the current release.

I reinstalled over current version and all is well.  In and subscribed.

What version of the game is showing up in the top left corner of the opening login screen

It would most likely be better to go to the homepage and go to the download link and download and install a complete fresh installation of the current game version

Then once installed try transcribing

If you still have trouble give HTC ( Hi-tech Creations ) a phone call

I would have posted the links and phone number but am on my phone right now and away from my computer
