I'm a former WB player from many moons ago. Used to fly with the Rough Raiders (Bombers) in another lifetime.
After a long hiatus, about 18 years, I figured I would give it a go again and just signed up last week.
After flying a few days on my own I found I am still horrible, but managed two air kills, several AAA and 19 burning holes in the ground.
Would really like to get back into bombing (heavy, medium or ground attack), but really willing to fly anything as long as the group is having fun.
I'm east coast, and have been known to travel quite a bit for work (except summers as I cover the Middle East and its too hot there in summer :uhoh ) Have been flying Rooks but not really country partial. I discovered VR and have been spending more time gazing around the scenery with my Oculus Scuba mask than keeping my head in the fight, but having a blast doing it. I'm going to need quite a bit of work to get back up to speed, so maybe a squad that doesn't take themselves too seriously would be a best fit.
Anyone interested in an Old WB pilot?

Welcome back to the game!I fly with the Black Widows and we are a organized mess of fun and entertainment. We enjoy everything from fighter sweeps to strat runs and supply runs. We are based off of the concept on having fun together no matter what we are doing. We are extremely laid back and are currently flying for the Bishops on VOX 299. We are mostly east coast players but we do have a few others around others parts of the US.

Our squad nights are Friday night at roughly 9pm eastern time. We are kinda short staffed right now due to vacation, babies being born, medical, work, general life things, but we are still kicking strong! Unfortunately I will not be on tomorrow night due to work.

Thanks! Between the VR and the fun of flying online, I'm finding the time between the office and sleep to be consumed rather quickly.
