Title: Achievement System Bug

Recently I completed two 100 pt. (Category V) achievements.  However, while I was notified of the achievement in the text and congratulated by my fellow country men, I noticed the Reputation score did not advance and has not moved since.  Still stuck on 14,500 pts.  Seems like a bug.

Scores/Stats seem stuck too...
