Title: no skins

no skins available in hangar.
Happened during FSO and in Melee.
Only default skins.

Did a skins release yesterday to correct two issues.  Until your computer downloads the new "skins.res" file, which should only a a minute or two, no skins are available.

I had skins in Melee and offline but not in FSO.

me too, Skins in Melee and none in SE.

I confirmed it.  Only default skins for Frame 4 of "Hell Over Hinterland". 
(B-26s have been using default skins anyways)

I think skins are back. I just went into SEA and was able to have my choice of skins.  :headscratch:
