Is there a way to get accurate runway dimensions for the airfields?
I was looking at an old military map of the area surrounding an airfield and the runways themselves had length and width dimension labels. I thought of getting a jeep up to full speed and making timings from one end of the runway to another to calculate the length, and using a B-29's known wingspan in a planform screenshot at a runway spawn to estimate the width, but is this information already available somewhere?
Thanks!

Use the Object Editor and pull up the ground object for the field you are interested in. Then set the 'Grid' to give a pretty close approximate. Hint: you can drag the field object to align to the grid.

the coordinates tick off in feet.

I remember seeing HiTech post the length of the one of the runways...
Found it:
I have told you so, and I also have given you a method to prove me wrong. I'll will even give you a exact method.
Fly low over a small airfield film the flight , you can then use the film viewer to show you the exact ground speed you were doing, it has a clock so you can accurately time how long you are over the runway. The small air field runway is 7317.064314 feet long.
It really is simple to verify or disprove me.
Or simpler yet, you can just accept my word for it. Your choice.

BowHTR, I wonder if that was AH2's runways that HiTech was talking about?
Is this screenshot telling me that the red box I've drawn corresponding to the length of the runway is 5186 ft long?
