Title: Unable to Access Aces High after patch

An update resulted in the following message"

ERROR

initialization failed with -9
main WLD_FAILED -1

A menu appears in center screen with an ok button.   The mouse is not visible in the AH window.   The TAB key does not allow me to select OK.   I'm stuck.  The program is currently broken.

Fixed by deleting desktop and start menu icons.

Downloaded and reinstalled over previous version.
