Title: Download more RAM?

I've read that my monitor is capable of 60 FPS, but i'm maxing out at 59?  If I went from 8G to 16G of RAM would that help?  Also can anyone recommend a good place to download more RAM?

Ram is a liquid. You get more by putting a water hose in your computer and top it off
