A new version of the skin admin utility was installed today.
The following changes were made:
1) The "Beta" page has been taken down.
2) You may now update rejected skins. Note: once a rejected skin is updated, it goes back into the submission queue for full review.
3) New code added to handle the tracking of updates.
4) A number of updates in the administrative side were done as well.
