Today I went to the Champaign Aviation Museum in Urbana, Ohio. Here are some photos of the B17 they are restoring.
Unlike most museum restorations, you can walk right up to the work that is being done, and they are very happy to tell you what is going on.

Just looking at the inside photo of the tail gun. I always thought that there was one trigger that fiers both. So I am guessing that they can be fired individually?
