I have been using shareX for a while now, this little utility has just about everything you could want for posting images etc to the forum.

Features. 
Screen Capture Region, with drawing on the screen freehand.
Auto Upload to Dropbox, Imgur and more.
Copies the links  automatically so you can simply paste it in the {IMG} tag. I used squigglies instead of the []

If you are an old IRC head like me its great for getting screenies and posting them to IRC automatically.
