Title: Reactivating old account

I am trying to reactivate my old account but I don't remember the password and I believe the email address it is linked to is one I no longer have access to.  Is there any other way to reclaim the account?

Your old account is probably deleted but you may be able to get your old handle for your new account.

Check with billing.  billing@hitechcreations.com

Well I was hoping to get my old handle but it looks like someone has usurped it haha.  Oh well, I am now HatTr1ck instead of HatTrick  :cheers:

Check with billing@hitechcreations.com to see if the game ID is still locked away in an old account.  She can release it, if it is.  Never hurts to ask.
