Title: Ports rob frame rate

Ports are robbing frame rate.  This last map, not sure of the name.  But it's one of the originals.

This makes the map unplayable.

How for you figure it's the ports? Sure there isn't a bunch of GV's down there in a fight?

I get really nasty frame rate hits from ports as well, mainly when I am zooming in my fov.

On certain maps the ports have particularly dense groves of trees on them that can kill your frame rate if you zoom in.

We had several players getting the same frame rate drop.  Down to 19 fps.  This is with a significant video card.

Is the cv within a sector of said port?
