Title: stuck in lo gear

I am unable to get out of lo gear in all vehicles.
Tried re-programming my mode 2 with no go.
Any suggestions (shift w doesn't work either)

Sounds like you're starting with some rudder input, that will keep you stuck in low gear. Check rudder calibration and deadband. Make sure you don't use rudder when you first start off.

For some reason, whenever I get into a ground vehicle I quite often have to kick rudder back and forth to get it to come out of low gear.  If I remember right, it only happens once per gaming session for some reason.
