Title: Ship wakes have no texture

Ship wakes have no texture or animation, just a solid grey.  Also the texture creation errors in the attached screen shot (which were from a different location, not the ship).

Windows 7, DX9, 2GB RAM HD7870.

Was playing last night and the ship wakes looked like just straight lines and shapes of white.  No texture on them at all.
