Title: No Popup Labels

  Today in the Melee arena, I did not get a popup label when I moused over an object.  If I put my mouse pointer on a base, or a teammate on the map, the mouse pointer would disappear, but there would be no label for the name of the teammate or the status of the base.  There were a few times they showed up, but they were gone most of the time.

Seems to be random.  Some people are affected, others not.  In any event, fixed for next patch according to HiTech.
