Title: lock up on shut down DX9 dmp attached

As the title says, I log out and when it brings up the first screen I get locked up, mouse freezes and I need to use the task manager to get out of the game. Dmp file attached

heres the dmp file from last night, crash while switching from melee arena to WWI arena after a "win the war reset.

Attached is the old settings folder that was causing a locked screen on exit of the game.
