Title: Skin Viewer - Cannot Zoom Out When Viewing From Below

When I rotate the airplane to look at the bottom the skin viewer only allows me to push the airplane away from me a short distance then it starts moving laterally.


Another explanation.   If I am looking at the default view I can push the airplane away from me (or back my view up) until I rotate to being eye level with the plane, then it starts moving toward me (my view moves in closer).

Bug is that it is not letting your view point go below zero.
