Title: latest patch - frame rate crazy high

Frame rate between 250 and 560.  I have changed nothing.  V synch is NOT checked.

DX11 version capped at 59 fps.  I have a 144hz monitor set to 144.  DX9 still 250+

Nope.  I would prefer a stable frame rate.

Mine sits on 60 fps and rarely moves.

I'm actually seeing high FRs as well with DX9.  I will check DX11 tonight  :pray

DX11 is showing high FRs as well but seemed lower than DX9, however map could be the difference.  Also, the micro freezes still seem to be there for me.
