I'd like to see the flag turn white at Vbases and Ports when they can be captured.
I'd like mouse-over to show the status of a fleet -- CV and CA alive or sunk.
I'm elderly and easily confused... :old:

If there was such a flag at ports and vbases and you wanted it to be uniform with the towns... It would be white all the time. :old:
