I wish we had a way to even out numbers. Summertime throws them out of whack a bit. Last 2 frames Allied has been down close to 20 pilots, same with Axis previous FSO.

The only thing I can think of is COs make sure that your commitments match expectations for the whole month when you register.

I suppose one more possibility would be to allow walk ons to join squads on the low side.  Yes, I know it's supposed to be registered squads only and no walk ons, but if we're having issues, why not try to kill two birds with one stone.

Tricky to judge though.  Often if I miss a frame it's due to something that came up the day of, not something a CO can really prepare for.  I imagine a great deal of the absences are due to nice weather and a spontaneous idea as well.

Mid to late summer takes it's toll on the Pigs.  They are all out enjoying the weather or working hard at summer jobs.  I am already down three this week on vacation and it's only Monday.  We will always welcome anyone who wants to try out FSO and can handle the Pigs for two hours on vox.
