Title: Arena tables not saving disabled ord

I setup a custom arena for Axis practice for The Hardest Day and Loaded my arena tables that I'd created and none of the disabled ORD was disabled as I had set it and saved it.

I had to go in after and reset it all manually.  So for some reason saved Arena tables isn't saving the disabled weapons portion of the setup.
