We have had it since the release of AH3. It's only recently been introduced into the Melee Arenas in the past few months.

I've heard it sounds like the song "thunderstruck" when you get near it.

I think currently it's only on the Bowl map.

Does it atatch to a port ?

I couldn't find one yesterday.

Yes. It is usually attached to a port. I think the new standard is a port with both a BB group and a CV group. It may not be on the current map.

EDIT:

This is what a port with both a BB and CV looks like with their icons. All maps must not have BBs. Some maps prolly don't need them. I know the maps bustr is working on has ports like below.

I am rather excited about it and would like to see it more often  :banana:

I guess it is slowere than the carrier group and I seem to remember it was unescourted ?

The BB group has two escort ships that are like the four DD type ships in a CV group.

They don't need any other escort, the ack over those things is tremendous.  The 16in guns are killers.. two direct hits will sink a CV.  I've white flagged a town from one mount before ever getting within 35K range.  They are monsters!

A few weeks ago I had two BBs steaming in a Battle Line astern. Beautiful sight with the escorts fanned out. No one moved them until they got to their destination. Great addition, thanks HT.

I laughed.  Hopefully HTC didn't spend 270 million dollars to make their Battleship.
