Title: Is ground effect modeled?

Is ground effect modeled in the game?  I am unable to keep a B-24 under 60 feet AGL with autopilot on.


Conditon:

B-24
50% Fuel
8 x 1000 lb bombs.
AP engage 30 feet AGL
Full Power

Aircraft always climbs approx. 40 feet and stabilizes.  Again this is with AP ON so combat trim is also on.
