Title: 110C cockpit bug

When riding as an observer in the 110C, the Cannon counter does not function. MG counter works perfectly, but Cannon counter reads 360 at all times.

Historically, observers never get realtime updates. They used to not even get gunsites, tracers, bullets, any of the dials or instruments. You're not getting realtime updates when you just tag along.

they also remove the seat cushion from the observers seat.
