Title: How do I reduce film size and keep quality?
Post by: FESS67 on August 08, 2017, 05:21:54 AM
My 5 min films are 1.7GB  That takes a long long time to upload to YouTube etc.

How do I reduce the size but keep quality?

Nvidia GeForceGTX 1080

I figure if I can Twitch (I don't but I know it can be done) then I must be able to upload a film fairly easily.  At the moment they take about 8 hours which is why I do not bother much.

Thanks in advance

I use this and have dropped mine down by half or more and still come out 720P,

So changing a 4Gb film down to 700MB has been fine for me.
Just choose two pass by size and select the size you want the final to be. It does a nice job.  My upload speed is terrible (.5) so it's helped a lot.
The app and all of the selections I use are in the picture. The app is free.
