Hi All, thinking about coming back. Loved the game when you had about 300+ on a Friday night. Is Steam helping and are there plans to hit up other websites like that to help the number of players? Jeff "Chewie" Bobela, (BISH)

AH is only available on Steam for two days now, way too early to make any judgement IMHO.

And yes it appears steam will be increasing the numbers a fair amount. But with out hitting the subscribe window I.E. 2 weeks from now, I can not do much analysis.

Well, we hit 203 last night most I have seen on during a week night for a while. Normally been pulling 130-150. I am curious to see what tonight brings.

Well, yesterday late morning (local) I was happy to see over 40 in the MA, today numbers were back to 15 (including one single rook!).
So no quick conclusions in either direction, we'll we what happened in a month...

Don't care if young or old, want them to ENJOY the game. Thank you HI TECH for posting. Looking more and more jumping back in. Wish we could do a 100 plus bomber raid over the rooks with escorts again. THAT WAS FUN. BTW- you hi tech guys deserve this because it truly is a labor of love the up keep on a Realistic game like this. Jeff Bobela, Kansas City Missouri. :police:

So, with that many accounts activating, any estimate on what percentage are learning the basics (take off, set up controls, etc . . . ) off line and haven't been in the arena yet?

There's only 2 in POTW who fight any change to the game with the it's fine the way it is argument and I still enjoy flying along side them.

Pistols are a bit too strong and most of the Heavy options are obsolete unless in special circumstances(Drop on Cobble, Apps on Inferno, ect ect)
I think targeting trains, convoys and barges should have a greater effect and remove the town resupply so you have to defend those if your base is being destroyed.
Nah pistols are fine. You have to remember they are mainly for ECO rounds. Games fine hence why it's been around so many years.

You say that but most of the pros in game would disagree, they constantly say the upgraded pistols are OP.
