takes me very long time to get there. about 30 seconds each time. Long enough for song to reset.. is it just me ?
in oculus rift.
-
It is sometimes slow for me too, but I attribute here it to the weak 4G LTE signal at my rural MT home.
-
Is it consistently happening fdski? If so, take a look at a Ping Plot and see if it is network related.
Wireless could definitely cause this type of problem.
-
it happens every time.
I'm on fiber (300mb down 100mb up), all cable within the house.
No idea why...
as for pings etc, it's all flat on the bottom.
-
Skuzzy, I haven't bothered to mention it, but every time I hit the button to log online it just shows a blank black board for a good 30 seconds....it has been doing this since about May or June....
Then everything pops up like normal
I have tested pingplotter, trace routes, etc.... Everything is working perfectly fine for my home network

still does it, every time.
Btw, it seems not wanting to save the setting "don't show the video" either. Maybe it's some sort of permission to settings problem ?
-
Are you running any anti-xxxx software? If settings are not being saved, that is usually what it is.
-
mcafee. i excluded ahdx11 and will see tomorrow if it helps.

This is about the same for me since patch 9, recently... Regardless if I use DX11 or DX9 versions

Oh, well, that explains it. My guess is, even when you try to allow the game through it will still take a long time. McAfee is nasty that way.

And other programs are sometimes linked to it and try to force it on me.
-
still same thing. I had mcafee for 3+ years now and it wasn't a problem before...
-
Data patterns change. Eventually any anti-xxxx software is going to be an issue.
Try this. Remove Aces High from the McAfee database, then reboot, and add it back in again. See if that helps. Sometimes the database can get corrupted. It is a long shot.
-
i don't know how to remove it from database, i'll read up later.
Meanwhile, i disabled the realtime scan all together. Still hangs.
Handle.exe gave me those files open during "wait"

I tried removing the nvidia ones but did not help.
Which file retains the settings for video's not to be played again. This definatelly doesn't work for me. I get the nice voice guy everytime i log in. Maybe fileaccess to that file is a problem ?
