I entered the "bowl" arena this evening and immediately noticed that Field Names and Altitudes were not showing up on the clipboard map, despite the fact that both labeling functions were enabled. No amount of zooming made them appear. I went to the other arena (I don't recall its name) and everything was normal. The labels were also present in the off-line map.

So when you zoomed in, the labels did not appear? I was in the arena most of yesterday when that terrain was up and never had the problem. Worked with a number of new people who did not have it either.
I'd like to see a DXDIAG output from that computer. It might give a clue.
Also, what anti-xxxx software are you running, if any?

Is there a chance that you had the legend enabled?

Skuzzy et al. Here is my DXDiag report (attached). My only anti-virus software is Windows 10 "Defender."

The most obvious issue: You seem to have several sound devices installed.
If you don't use the speakers of your monitor, disable it in the Device Manager and uninstall the Nvidia HD audio driver. That is a known source for anomalies.
You may want to do the same for the onboard Realtek HD Audio, too, since you seem to use USB speakers. The onboard audio can be disabled in the UEFI/BIOS settings.

The VB audio driver is going to be problematic. It was released a year before Windows 10 and Microsoft did change the audio API in Windows 10.
Do you reboot your computer regularly? I ask because there have been a number of Windows 10 updates which really need the computer to reboot, but Microsoft has not done so.
