Title: Eye Exercises
Post by: nrshida on August 30, 2017, 02:38:49 AM
Anyone do these?:-

I did it for two months every morning. Noticed an improvement but nothing compared to the effects I felt when I stopped!

Back on em now

Use Trackir.  It works the same on the eyes.

One of the most features of trackir is removal of like the roll input and the speed slider.  The roll is the worst one.

Agreed. I found the roll axis to be no help at all and disabled it early on.

This discussion was supposed to be about long-term eye health and the possibility of avoiding / discarging glasses, not an advert for Track IR  :old:

I've done excercising by moving focus from infinity to near and back again over and over since I was 14.

My distance vision is still amazing but my near vision isn't as good.

I did read a story by a fitness writer who experimented with a variety of roids and GH for the article and he said the most startling thing he noticed was his vision returning to youthful levels almost immediately after starting HGH regimen.

Makes sense the premiss is that eye muscles atrophy too. There's also further exercises Icepac, check the vid!

Noticed first thing in the morning was the most effective, before you start using laptops and phones.

I turn 70 this year God willing.  I do not wear glasses.  I was not selling Trackir just saying it really works the eyes much like the video.  I also use a large TV-monitor and sit very far away from the screen for normal computer work.

Good on ya Randy. Yeah I tried TIR several years ago but found it a bit weird you have to turn your head in the 'wrong' direction so to speak, in addition to the motion sickness. I'm sure Occulus Rift would be more natural, but possibly disastrous to this endeavour  :old:

Zack is a member of a very prestigious gym. He sits in the corner eating pies and mocking the hipsters

I sent my Track IR to a fellow DA player in America. Never heard from him again. Perhaps he died from Track IR-sickness.

The traditional tanga is OK, at least it covers your butt cheeks and crack as well as the front side. G-strings may be a bit questionable. And then there's briefs you don't want to be using in case of emergency when they might undress you while you were only partially conscious...  :bolt:
