Title: Help Channel Bug

Today I (being a Knight) was able to read MaX' (a Rook) help channel messages. I could not read what other Rooks (or Bish) were writing on their country help channel, only him.

I was under the impression that the HELP channel (orange) was sent across all countries. Better chance someone online can actually respond and help? Has this changed?

This had been changed a long time ago.
