Title: CTRL-F4

Seems like sometimes when I hit CTRL-F4 to recenter my view in VR, that it will lock my view to the plane's site.  No matter how I turn my head in VR, it stays on the site when this happens.  It requires restarting AH as far as I can tell.

Are you sure you didnt inadvertently hit Control F5? I have a button mapped to stick for recenter. Why? Because of that :uhoh

If you have a spare button on your game or VR controller you can map it to Tracker Center in the view options.

To summarize. Ctrl F5 is Tracker Off. Ctrl F4 is Tracker Center.

Yup! Pretty sure he is missing the F4 part of the sequence :x Pretty sure that every one with VR has done that one! I still do at times...and I have a button mapped to center :uhoh Go figure, right? :D  You may not REALLY like it, BUT you definitely will come to love VR. Alot of VR technical/how to stuff in this forum! There are no stupid questions, except the ones you never ask. Several folk have had VR since its unveiling, so feel free to ask away, Sir :salute

OK, duh that makes sense, I must have done that without me realizing I hit f5... because VR.   Happened more than once, and wasn't sure what was up.  Thanks!

No problem,Sir! Wish I had a dollar for every time I tried to type, in which I knocked something off my desk! Woke up the whole house several times lol. I am just glad that was your issue!

Had same thing happen today ... locks hard, isn't a toggle.  If I hit CTRL-F5 I can't go back to normal VR mode.

So you hit CNTR F5 and CNTR F1 wouldnt reset it? Never had that happen :headscratch:
