No, it would be a nightmare for Skuzzy to keep up so it isn't allowed.

No, we do not change forum ID's.  It disrupts continuity.  May not seem important, but for a bulletin board, it is.

if they were really unhappy with the BBS name could they log out and register with a new name and different email address?
