Title: M3 and troops

Why can the M3 no longer carry troops?  Is this just an update error event?

HT disabled troops for the M3 for the time being. Gameplay test. You still can use the LVT, SdKfz251 and the jeep.

Well, it basically ended my ability to de-ack a GV field and take it with a single M-3 sortie.

SDK has 2 GUNS, and armour. Oh forgot, sorry :uhoh
