can we please have some kind of ban or filter or updated filter to block vulgar callsign's I don't have virgin ears or eyes(no jokes please) but sometimes we get new players who obviously think its funny, such 1 new guy on Knights right now with, cu---shot, to me that's vulgar and offensive and quite unnecessary. esp for new young players to be seeing. thankyou

Can we not just report in-game to this effect?

In this climate... Idon't think it will be considered

Agree. Nothing to be proved with a vulgar name.
-
Shouldn't have to take your time to email HTC about it....the report system should also apply to the associated call sign.
If I .report someone I hope HTC sees it...unfortunately lately I don't think it works. Either that or not enough people reported the N Bomb being dropped on 200.

I find the name Lunatic, to be vulgar and demeaning. :rock

I keep my game ID clean. It goes in the washer once a year, whether it needs it or not. :D

Today I saw someone with a name like llll or something that that. How that is acceptable is beyond me.

The default for a new player logging in for the first time is just a string of numbers... is this also offensive to you? :devil

It's not offensive what so ever, but it doesn't encourage interacting with the new player when their user name is unpronounceable.

All game ID's are chosen by the player. There is no such thing as a default game ID.

It's been so long since I was brand new in here -- but I thought the game gave a generic string of numbers as a player ID until they went into the OClub and changed their callsign. :headscratch: :old:

Back in the day it was NewU followed by some numbers. That was way back in the day though.

We had so many "number guys" back then because every new player was told to type in an 'alphanumeric' username. Quite a lot took that literally in a strange way. :D
