I didnt see any hit sprites in this point blank encounter in a T34/76.

I think the ahf film would be in general much more helpful to look at than a youtube clip.

It appears the sight was set at approximately 200 (somewhat hard to tell exactly). I have found that when in relatively close quarters like depicted in the film, setting the range to zero, and putting the cross hairs in the desired position results in a hit sprite. Even thought your aim point is on the tank, the lack of a hit sprite may indicated actually firing over the tank.

Had that happen a while back, guy camping VH. I was able to get off first shot, but missed every time. Went offline and set myself up on a drone and tried. Shot 5 ft over the tank. Alot like a 6 power scope on a .22 rifle with squirrel at your eye level,on closest tree. Hard to believe you could miss...still remember that AHOLE laughing till he got clear out of range :furious

How do you set the sight range in a tank this is news to me, but explains a lot! :eek:

I had it set to 0 since I was point blank, but I think its C and V by default
