When a you kill a perk ride (GV or plane), you keep the perks whatever amount the person spent on that ride.

That's just a way of perk transfer opened.
Lets see:
1.Some people abuse by switching countries and knowing intelligence of one country before they switch.
2.Some people abuse the achievement system by filling in the gaps.
3.Some people know the GV spawn points and spawn camp.
4.Some people have multiple accounts and who knows what kind of abuse that gets.
5.etc.
But you're worried about the potential, which I don't doubt will happen, perk transfer? The result of what? More perk planes being flown? More perk GV's being driven?
I'd say that is small chance of consequence from the stuff listed above. Possibly that resolves the Aces High players favorite term "Hanger queens" referring to the Tiger 2, Jagpanther, etc. :airplane:
I had this thought for years and this week thru my experience and by so many other people, has brought the issue back again. The work should seek rewards from the kill perk ride. :joystick:

Allowing perk transfer is step 1 to an in game economy which will be a cesspool.

It's always a question of gain vs abuse potential. I don't really see anything on the gain side. Players already kill perk planes as much as they can, for example. I doubt there would be much additional motivation to play the game or to fight. You won't see more perk planes being used either.
On the downside:
- Some players might be even more reluctant to enter combat in a perk plane, because they not only want to save their own but now also want to deny the perks to your enemy. You definitely will see perk plane bailers then.
- Introduction of a perk economy by the backdoor. A perk economy can get messy all by itself pretty quick (just a question of time until some real money gets involved)
- even worse: It's a backdoor affair, where theres a huge additional incentive for vulching your friends account.
