Title: aces high only see 3gm of video

I got a GRX 1070 6GB card given to me and when I start aces high it only see 3gm of video, the same as my old 3GB card.  The card shows 6gb everywhere else except iin the game.  Have I done something wrong on the install or is this the correct reading?

The Windows system call to report the amount of video RAM is limited to 4GB, so anything over that amount is not going to report the size correctly.
