Maybe i'm alone on this.
I let video games eat my life. Like some of you I work for a living and my boss got very unhappy when he found my joystick plugged into the NT server.
So, my question to you guys is how do you sneak in some AH during work? I know you do ... don't lie :D
(I have a window in the back ground the always refreshes the BBS so I know when 1.08 comes out so I can go home "sick")

Cold turkey here til I'm home.
Two years ago I had a joystick plugged and was playing online AFTER 5pm (my time) when the area Senior Manager walked up and just gave me that "look".
<blush>
Never again

FDisk teach your boss how to play AH and you're out of problems ;)

Christ, I was lucky that he knew what it was... He's the kinda guy that run a computer firm and need icons on his desktop to find anything! I'm lucky that I don't need to wear a blue suit and blue tie to work everyday.

<--Wishes he could play aces high and get paid for it! :D

<--- Got payed to play games, fly sims, develop joysticks, and even to go to Air Warrior & Warbirds conventions. :)
Now I keep putting those on my resume as requirements for my employment and no one seems to be biting! :confused:

AH! I killlll you!

I partly work "Home", it is verry hard not to click on the "red Icon", but I've managed so far...and at the office, I'll have to wait untill we get a Unix version :)

Well, if you really wanna chew those fingernails, have your work machine be pathetically too slow to do much of anything. I'm on a older ThinkPad laptop so I just read the BBS, marvel at all the posts Ripsnort has, and read the usenets until its time to go home and fire up the Lancaster.
I did get to work from home for a while and that was great...I suspect some of my tech support callers were suspicious of the droning sound of the Lancasters engines in the background....

I play at work if the urge hits me :P
I am a paramedic for the local county run ambulance service and work 48hrs on and 48hrs off. We avg 6-8 runs per day at 2 hrs per run. Gives me plenty of time to fire up AH now that we have built a system fast enough to handle it ;) :)
Eat your hearts out :D :D
