Give the town bomber pilot an option to load fire bombs for soft town targets... they won't work on hard targets. A single bomber pass loaded with fire bombs could take out the entire town.

You would have to code in fire/thermal damage to objects before ordnance like napalm and other incendiary devices to work.

I'd like to see those drag/para bombs used by the B-25's in the pacific. :D

Honestly I want to see that done. I want more of a damage model for ground targets. Make 50kg bombs useful again. Make strafer attack craft with thousands of 7mm or 30cal rounds useful again. Currently, if you don't have 20mm or 30mm it's useless as a ground attacker. That just wasn't the case historically.
I want to see more levels of damage that the average fighter can help with. Houses and the like were much more susceptible to lighter rounds. Keep larger buildings and warehouses where they are but up the damage resolution to allow more than this "all or nothing" town damage.

Historically, incendiary bombs where much less effective against European targets then they were in the Pacific, due to the more solid nature of the structures. People will point out Dresden as a counter-example, but the fire bombs only did their intended job after much of Dresden was reduced to wreckage, which caught, burned, and spread much more easily. The bombs themselves had a somewhat limited radius of effectiveness. Even when used in Europe, it was typically to mix incendiary and HE bombs in the same raid. The dynamics of real-life would be hard to model in AH, I think. A friend of mine, Daniel Schwabe, wrote a great book on the fire bombing of Japan, discussing the how and why it was effective there. The title is "Burning Japan: Air Force Bombing Strategy Change in the Pacific"(https://www.amazon.com/Burning-Japan-Bombing-Strategy-Pacific/dp/1612346391 (https://www.amazon.com/Burning-Japan-Bombing-Strategy-Pacific/dp/1612346391)). Regardless, they're not the universally effective wonder-weapon you believe they are.

Napalm wasn't only used in the strategic bombing of Japan, it was also used tactically on troops and other units in both theaters.

Might as well wish for para-frags while you're about it.

Easy mode in the lanc with 500 or 1000 pound load outs. A little more challenging in the B24 with 1000 pounders, but it can be done =)

Yes, as I noted regarding Dresden. As for troops, their implementation in AH makes use of incendiary bombs against them unnecessary. Para-frags would be more useful, I think. And they existed in Warbirds, so they're not unthinkable. They could come in handy against targets like the fuel refinery, too, I suppose.
