Title: Notify the MA when a hot topic is posted
Post by: buddyshamrock on November 22, 2017, 07:21:38 PM: Perhaps a general banner type notice could flash in the MA for Forum hot topics to get a wider range of player opinions. Just a thought.

The last thing I'm thinking about when playing a game is, "hmmm, I wonder what inane drivel is hot on the forums right now; I wish there was a way for the game to annoy me so I can find out".

Agree, but sometimes I want to look up information that's not in-game, and I usually Alt-tab out of Aces High to do so. Mostly when deciding on a particular plane to fly for a particular purpose.

I know that this isn't an option for everyone, but it is handy on climb outs.

Post by: pembquist on November 23, 2017, 10:08:19 AM: Alt Tab and the autopilot seems sufficient to me to reach the forum, on the other hand it would be nice to pull up a performance chart while in game in the air without having to alt tab.
