Title: LVT icon disappears when engine off?

Killed an enemy LVT that was sitting still in the water and had no icon.  Is this a thing?  (Checked my "icon mode" twice.)

Not sure if it is a thing but it is a thing.... I have that at times also... sorry no real answer..but thought I would let you know you are not alone with this.
